On 27/08/2026, a vehicle was stolen from Chester Road.
Theft from a motor vehicle – There have been two reports of Theft from a motor vehicle between 23 August 2026 and 01 September 2026.
On 25/08/2026, a theft from motor vehicle was reported on Devereux Close.
On 29/08/2026, a theft from motor vehicle was reported on Chester Road.
Interference with a motor vehicle – There have been no reports of Interference with a motor vehicle between 23 August 2026 and 01 September 2026.
Simple Steps to Keep Your Vehicle Safe – Keyless ignition owners should use a Faraday pouch for their fob. All drivers should consider a steering lock, park in well – lit visible areas, lock their vehicle, remove valuables and ensure windows, sunroof, and wing mirrors are closed/ folded. Unfolded mirrors may signal an unlocked car to thieves.

It’s been a quieter week due to the weather changing which I’m sure we all agree was needed for our gardens.
This week we have been catching up on our crime investigations workloads for the area, training and patrolling around all our three neighbourhood areas.
We’d like to thank everyone who reports concerns, looks out for neighbours and works with local police and community partners. Your involvement makes a real difference.
I would also like to thank our Street Watch and Speed Watch volunteers for their hard work.
